Former Sports Cabinet Secretary and top advisor to the president Eliud Owalo has rubbished President William Ruto’s Singapore dream for Kenyans.
In a weekend meeting he organized at his home town, Owalo was heard saying that no way a president can be talking about non-existent Singapore when the economy is doing so bad.
“Mnataka kwenda Singapore bila pesa kwa mfuki. Ni wangaoi mnataka kwenda Singapore bila pesa kwa mfuki,” he posed.
But even as he purported to turn against his boss William Ruto, a section of Kenyans think he is on a mission to join the opposition and divide it. They call him a dangerous mole.
