I gave Kalonzo a very simple assignment to tell Kenya about his track record. Even just one development record. He has now taken five months struggling to respond. Even yesterday he was attempting to respond but it is still not working. If you are struggling to give an answer to a simple question it simply means you have nothing to tell us. Even in exams students are given a timeframe to give answers. Why do you want a full year to give me an answer?
