Luhya musician who goes by the stage name Harry Richie aka Vaida has accused Nairobi County official Geoffrey Mosiria of being too idle and occupied with fighting fellow men to impress women when it is, sometimes, obvious that the boy-child is under siege and innocent. Here is what he has said:
“I stand with the Boychild..!!!!, America is a first world country, so strict and they make their judgement based on evidence.
“It’s clear on camera that it was the girl who started touching James Opande private parts openly in both cameras, cctv and phone . It is on record that it was the girl who was using dirty words in a suggestive manner e.g “Sina panty”, “Twende tu to..”, “Richie hawezani”, .
“Boy child invited her only for a drink, first meeting no health test but she’s ready for sex which must be a concern to the guy. This is a civil case not criminal, therefore both parties should compensate each other.
(1).James Opande should be compensated for sexual harassment and indecent assault by the girl.
(2).The girl should be compensated for exposing the video of her body without her consent.
(3). Let both parties reconcile and pay for breaking community guidelines.
It’s a draw draw case ruling and therefore.
