Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has today accused Speaker Moses Wetang’ula of outright bias in running affairs of the MPs at Parliament.
Speaking from Naivasha retreat, angry Peter Salasya said the speaker barred MPs from raising questions about the Ksh 11 billion SHA scandal during their Naivasha retreat.
His attempts to raise hand so that to be allowed to speak were thwarted by presiding speaker of the National Assembly, Moses Wetang’ula.
