The late Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga never got bothered with haters who claimed he never stepped in any engineering class as his credentials had indicated.
Despite intensified attacks from those who were opposed to his leadership skills, Mr. Odinga maintained cool demeanor throughout and never got concerned with them.
Odinga, the long serving ODM founder, having went to school well in and outside the country, came back to Kenya and even became an engineering lecturer at the Prestigious University of Nairobi. Still those who never liked him could not agree with that evidence.
In addition, during all his presidential competitions, the opposition bigwig went through vigorous vetting – in both his conduct and education – and passed the exercise but still the same section of his detractors kept claiming online that he never went to any college. Odinga never wanted to prove them wrong or right! Until today after his death is when photos have emerged of him in a University in Germany.
The TBT images clearly shows Eng. Raila Odinga with Dr. Dieter Schmidt, a fellow German engineer and lecturer. They studied together in Germany and developed a strong bond until their old age.
