Comedian Sammy Kioko admitted to Nairobi Hospital after alleged assault outside Machakos County offices during protest over Ksh19 million claim.
The county government of Machakos had however described Kioko as an imposter who is no where in the register of their contractors.
The victim will have to walk to the courts to seek redress if he wants to recover hos money. And this can only be successful if he wins the case against the county.
The current governor of Machakos County is Wavinya Ndeti who has never uttered a word on the matter.
