Andrew Kibee popular by his stage monicker, Kifee, has told those who have been feeling sad for the late Raila Odinga to think twice and focus on their own struggling lives.
Speaking on a live podcast on Sunday November 23, the former Kiss 100 morning presenter argued that Raila had all anyone would want in life. – from four well-maintained helicopters to stadium-size homesteads in all the major cities in Kenya – Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.
Kibee said, he once visited one of the Odinga’s residences and was shocked to find out that the politician was “living like a king”.
“Raila had all anyone would want in life. I was there in one home and found out he lived like a king. Four helicopters packed calm in his homestead,” he reminisced.
Again, Kibe stated that Mr. Odinga lived through all the five heads of State – Kenyatta(who was a colleague to Jaramogi), Moi, Mwai Kibaki, Uhuru Kenyatta and now William Ruto.
“You guys why feel sad for Raila? Go feel sad for your dad and grandfathers who don’t know how to make it and how to make decisions in life,” Kibe fired hard.
The presenter-turned-podcaster was saying this a month after the ODM Party leader was buried in Siaya County following his death which occured in India where he had been flown to for specialized treatment.
Mr. Odinga owned a major political party (ODM) for over 20 years. He also had real estates, homes, industries etc.
The late Odinga left behind three kids Rosemary Odinga, Winnie Odinga and Raila Jr.
His healthy wife, Mama Ida Odinga, also remained behind.
