Deputy Governor Ayub Savula now insists Nabii Nabwera had a hand in Munyuki principal Shange’s death and vows to make him a one-term MP.
Savula who was addressing a gathering of teachers in Lugari, on Saturday, wondered why the MP was busy posting statements and threats on Facebook instead of recording a statement with authorities because he had been suspected by majority.
According to Mr. Savula, Nabii’s father was also suspected in the killing of an innocent local in the area during his time as an MP.
“We remember your father also killed someone here when he was a serving Member of Parliament. Mtoto wa nyoka ni nyoka. Sisi hatukuogopi” Savula insisted.
The DG who was addressing in the presence of his boss, Governor Fernandes Barasa, hinted at the reason why the current MP participated in the murder of Munyuki teacher saying it is all about CDF millions.
Savula said, when he was the area MP for two-terms, he never used to force teachers to use CDF money in a particular manner.
He also charged area teachers to make good their threats and protests against ills committed to them by the current Constituency leadership.
Mr. Savula called out Nabii whom he described as a ‘murderer” who ought to be removed from office as soon as possible.
Lugari has faced a sudden increase in death of teachers who seem to have been turned into a target by a suspected area leader.
A headteacher was found dead and dumped in a river in the area over reasons related to running of the school funds.
Instead, the area MP ran to the courts to sue bloggers for reporting on the matter. He wants Ksh 20M from each.
