Former Attorney General Justin Muturi has exposed President William Ruto over the behind the scenes happening in the current Cabinet.
Speaking a live Tv show, Mr Muturi said Ruto, at some point sent his henchmen to bring to him(Muturi) a bill seeking to establish and ratify the office of the first lady.
“He send some guys around him to come and bring me a poorly drafted Bill seeking to Constitutionise the office of the First lady. I looked at the paper before I threw it back to them. Back to the center,” Muturi told his host.
The former AG further noted that he had to interrogate the messengers to expound and explain who and for which motive was the draft because the law did not allow such offices to be established.
Muturi also revealed differing with Ruto over the establishment of the office of Staff Felix Koskei. he told Ruto that that office was illegal because it is not proper to allow someone who is not vetted in Parliament to plan for the Cabinet.
