Ex-Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has exposed the erroneous ways President William Ruto uses to manipulate all State meetings in his(president’s) favour.
In a clip shared widely on Saturday evening, the embattled Gachagua is head lamenting how his then boss William Ruto would send texts to him and Mr. Justin Muturi, in the middle of every meeting, forcing them to support bad policies he(Ruto) had interests in.
Mr. Gachagua alleged further that this behaviour went on until they had to devise ways of beating him(Ruto) in his own game by leaving their mobile phones outside with their aides any time a meeting was convened.
Gachagua added that, among the policies and decisions Ruto wanted them to support was the Adani deal and the poorly-drafted June Finance Bill that saw Gen Zs pour on the streets to protest against.
