It has emerged that day to his demotion, Geoffrey Mosiria who was Environment CEC in Nairobi County had been threatened by comedian Cassypool.
Cassypool Capon had taken issue with Mosiria’s actions of interfering with the Estleigh business people who then resorted to using Cassypool to wan CEC Mosiria of consequences.
In a video shared on Facebook on Wednesday, Cassypool is heard telling Mosiria to leave alone Estleigh business community because it is among the voting blocs that voted for the current Governor of Nairobi.
The comedian goes ahead to tell the Environment CEC that it can take him a record 1 minute to influence his sacking from the county.
“Mimi ni dakika moja tu na huyu jamaa mnaita Mosiria anatumwa nyumbani. Sisi tukikaa na Sakaja nakuambia huyu Mosria ni kitu kidogo sana. Ataenda!” Cassypool remarked on social media.
Interestingly, it did not even take two weeks and Mosira had been moved from the lucrative Environment docket to a mere customer service county officer post.
In a recent interview on Tv, Governor Johnson Sakaja had been asked why he had taken long to promote Mosiria and the governor responded to the host by asking, why does he need a promotion? He also indicated that, though, the CEC was a hardworking young man, that alone cannot secure anybody a promotion.
Governor Sakaja also confessed schooling with him at Nairobi University and later when they met at the county headquarters, he decided to move him from where Sonko had left him to a CEC post.
