Lawyer and political activist Miguna Miguna has launched a public fundraising drive to support his presidential ambitions under the National Transformation Party (NTP), unveiling an M-Pesa Paybill number for contributions.
In a message addressed to what he termed “freedom fighters, patriots, revolutionaries, friends and supporters,” Miguna invited Kenyans to financially back the party’s operations, saying the contributions would strengthen the movement and sustain its day-to-day activities.
According to the details shared, supporters can make donations through the M-Pesa Paybill option using Business Number 522522 and Account Number 1342592573, registered under NTP – Operations. The funds are linked to an account held at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).
Miguna emphasized that the contribution platform is secure and transparent, urging supporters to participate regardless of the amount they are able to give. “Every contribution counts,” he said, framing the fundraising drive as a collective effort to advance political change.
The announcement signals Miguna’s intent to mobilize grassroots financial support as he positions himself for the next presidential contest. Known for his outspoken political stance and confrontations with past administrations, Miguna has consistently portrayed his campaign as a reformist alternative aimed at transforming governance in Kenya.
The launch of the Paybill marks a key organizational step for the National Transformation Party as it prepares for increased political activity in the run-up to the elections.
