Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has pitched camp in Mbeere where a by-election is scheduled alongside other areas across the country.
The former second-in-command, Mr Gachagua, is fighting fangs and tongs to make sure his candidate is not flawed on the ballot. He, actually, doesn’t want to be embarrassed by the United Democratic Alliance UDA candidate. This being part of his determination to prove a point to President William Ruto that he(Gachagua) is the kingpin who runs Mt. Kenya politics.
The DCP Party leader also wants to make sure the current Deputy President, Prof. Kithure Kindiki, is left with an egg in his face when the final by-election whistle is blown.
But even as all these goes around in his mind, guess what? Here is a post from a Mt. Kenya resident on X discussing the ‘deceitful conduct’ of the ex-DP.
