Self-styled Gen Zs leader Kasmuel McOure has finally revealed how he used to get high-level protection on the streets during the June Gen Zs protests against the Finance Bill which had been signed into law by President William Ruto.
In a fresh interview on Obinna Show on Monday Nov 10, the young McOure claimed that he used to be surrounded by armed men in black whom, all along, he thought were staunch supporters of his struggle for a free Kenya.
Speaking on the Obinna show, he mentioned that he used to boast and feel like nothing wrong could happen to him because of the four or three men who had volunteered to man him, unsolicited.
He would later come to notice that the bodyguards had been instructed by Hon. Raila Odinga to watch on his safety in the streest protests.
“I would see three to four men always guarding my space. I didn’t have any clue where they had come from until, one day, I met them with Baba in his office at Capitol Hill and that is when I connected the dots,” he disclosed on Obinna Show.
McOure also detailed how Raila loved him to an extent of hiding him in his(Raila) Kisumu home palace for days when things were very hot. McOure further shared that, not once, did Raila firmly issue instructions for him to be flown to Kisumu for his safety.
And on his recent USA trip, Raila handed him(Kasmuel) a whopping Ksh 1M for personal use and entertainment.
The youthful Kasmuel is now an ODM youth leader who was brought on board to boost the youthful wing in the ODM Party.
He is usually tasked with mobilization and planning of young men and women meetings with the party leadership. He is also used as an influential factor among the young supporters of Raila Odinga.
