Party leader Rigathi Gachagua has officially announced plans to unveil a strong running mate for his 2027 presidential bid.
In an interview yesterday, the former Deputy President noted that his journey to the top office on land is inevitable and that his only remaining task is to start searching for a strong running mate from around the country.
“You know and I know that I have a formidable following across the nation. I just require one thing now. A serious backup from a running mate. That is what I want to start doing,” he revealed.
The DCP Party leader explained that though it is not an easy journey, he will consult widely so that to land creme de la creme partner who can help him amass enough followers to send President William Ruto home in the next general elections.
