Trans Nzoia County Governor George Natembeya has accused CS Wycliffe Oparanya of scheming to divide the Luhya vote.
Addressing in a local rally in his area, the vocal governor said he had established that Oparanya was now being used by William Ruto to fight the ongoing opposition ‘unity and force’ around the Western Region.
“They have secretly send Oparanya to come here and pretend that he has an imaginary friction with Ruto. They want him to rely on sympathy so that to divide us. It’s not going to work this time because we are now clever and aware of their schemes,” Natembeya noted.
The governor also assured supporters that Ruto will be the first Kenyan head of State to be send home in a record one term because numbers are already unfavorable to him.
“Let me assure you that he has no escape route. It is the first time you people will learn that this country has a working constitution,” Natembeya remarked.
The politician also downplayed rumours about his supremacy battles with Nairobi County senator Edwin Sifuna saying the opposition will remain firmly intact until the task to send Ruto home is accomplished.
