Pastor Kanyari has had his fair share of both physical and spiritual drama, but today he revealed something that many people have been concerned about.
While addressing his congregation on Sunday, the preacher disclosed that he is yet to regain custody of his children and expressed concern about the man currently taking care of two of them, saying he is not responsible enough.
In a video clip that has been widely circulated on social media, Kanyari is heard lamenting that despite obtaining three court orders, he has still not succeeded in getting his children back. He claimed that a powerful individual is helping his co-parent to defy the court directives and withhold the children.
The pastor further expressed concern about his daughter, Sky, alleging that she is being exposed to behaviors and activities that he believes are inappropriate for a child of her age.
An emotional Kanyari questioned why he should have to wait until his daughter is already negatively influenced before she is returned to him, saying, “My daughter is losing her childhood at a very tender age, and these people will hand her over to me when she is already spoiled.”
The remarks have since sparked debate online, with many weighing in on the sensitive issue of child custody and parental responsibility.
