The family of Transport Cabinet Secretary Davis Chirchir is in mourning following the death of their father, Mzee Edwin Koech.
News of his passing was confirmed on Tuesday, April 21, with several leaders sending messages of condolence. Among them were Education Principal Secretary Julius Bitok and Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo, who described the late Koech as a strong and dependable pillar of the family.
