The horrific killing of Kamarie has ended with her attacker, Jeremy, receiving the death penalty after a case that shocked the community and drew attention to the devastating consequences of child exploitation.
Two weeks before Christmas in 2021, Kamarie’s mother, Kristy Siple, agreed to allow Williams to sexually abuse her daughter in exchange for 300,000 shillings. Jeremy then took the young girl to an abandoned house in Alabama, where he subjected her to horrific sexual violence, forced her to use methamphetamine and recorded the abuse.
The violence continued even after Kamarie had been killed. Jeremy strangled the girl to death and went on to sexually assault her body after her death.
Siple later pleaded guilty to sex trafficking her own daughter and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Jeremy, meanwhile, faced the full weight of the law for his role in the brutal killing.
On August 13, 2026, Jeremy was sentenced to death following his conviction, bringing a grim conclusion to a case that began with the exploitation of a vulnerable child and ended in murder.
The case has left a disturbing reminder of the dangers children can face when those entrusted with their protection instead become involved in their exploitation.
